Project management and grant application support. TLC have successfully applied for and project managed grant funded projects from micro to macro.
RURAL
TLC specialise in supporting rural development and have helped a wide range of clients: sole traders, businesses, community trusts, charities, social enterprise and third sector organisations. They have a strong background in business planning and change management in a variety of disciplines: land management, forestry, agriculture, amenity land, community buildings, rural inclusion and rural business start up.
EDUCATION
TLC have worked across a wide range of educational settings and can deliver training and education projects throughout the Highlands and Islands. Participatory community education, agricultural training, land based education and enterprise planning. We can develop training and provide solutions to enhance the capacity of rural communities through developing learning opportunities.
